Double-Blind Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to our journals undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. This means both the author's identity is hidden from reviewers, and reviewer identities are hidden from authors, ensuring completely unbiased evaluation.
The editorial staff first evaluates all manuscripts to determine if they meet the journal's scope and basic standards. Papers that don't align with our focus or quality requirements are desk-rejected at this stage.
Suitable manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field. All identifying information is removed to maintain complete anonymity (double-blind review).
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity, validity of results, and contribution to the field. They provide a detailed report with constructive comments and recommendations.
The editor makes a final decision based on reviewer recommendations. Possible outcomes include: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.
Review Timeline
The typical Double-Blind Peer Review process takes 4-6 weeks from submission to initial decision. Authors are notified at each stage and can track their manuscript status through our online system.
Plagiarism Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submissions are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin, the industry-standard detection software, before the peer review begins. Our policies comply with the UGC-CARE guidelines for academic publishing standards.
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, copying text, ideas, images, or data from another source—including your own previously published work—without proper attribution, citation, or quotation.
Detection Methods (Turnitin)
We use Turnitin, the industry-standard plagiarism detection software, to screen all submissions for similarities to published literature, online sources, and other submitted manuscripts. A detailed similarity report is generated for each submission.
Acceptable Similarity Index
Manuscripts with an overall similarity index above 20% (excluding references and standard methodology) are flagged for editorial review. Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit with proper citations.
Penalties for Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected before publication: The manuscript will be immediately rejected, and the author will be notified. Repeated violations may result in a ban from future submissions.
If plagiarism is discovered after publication: The article will be retracted immediately, a retraction notice will be published, the author's institution will be notified, and the case may be reported to academic integrity bodies.
