Responsibilities of Our Editorial Board Members
Our Editorial Board Members carry out essential functions that maintain the quality, integrity, and reputation of Power of Knowledge Journal. Each member is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in academic publishing.
Manuscript Evaluation & Peer Review Oversight
Our Editorial Board Members are responsible for overseeing the entire peer review process. They assess incoming manuscripts for originality, scientific rigor, methodological soundness, and relevance to the journal's scope. Each submission is carefully evaluated to ensure it contributes meaningfully to the existing body of knowledge in its respective field.
The board ensures that all reviews are conducted in a double-blind format, protecting both author and reviewer identities to maintain objectivity and fairness throughout the evaluation process.
Ethical Compliance & Integrity Assurance
Maintaining ethical standards is paramount for our Editorial Board Members. They work closely with our ethics committee to detect and prevent plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submissions, and other forms of research misconduct. All decisions are made in accordance with the COPE Guidelines for Editors.
Board members are trained to identify conflicts of interest and ensure that all published research adheres to ethical research practices, including proper informed consent documentation and institutional review board approvals where applicable.

Selection Criteria for Editorial Board Members

Academic Qualifications
Candidates for our Editorial Board must possess exceptional academic credentials. We require a minimum of a doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.Litt., D.Sc., or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Preference is given to individuals holding professorial positions at recognized universities or research institutions.
- Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Academic Position: Current faculty member at an accredited institution
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 10 years of postgraduate teaching experience
- Research Supervision: Experience guiding doctoral and master's students
Publication & Research Track Record
A strong publication history demonstrates a candidate's understanding of the academic publishing process and their contribution to their field. Our Editorial Board Members must have:
- Peer-Reviewed Publications: At least 20 articles in reputed national and international journals
- Citation Impact: Evidence of scholarly influence through citations
- Active Research: Ongoing research projects or recent publications within the last 3 years
- ORCID Profile: Active ORCID identifier for research tracking
Professional Experience & Commitment
