1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Power of Knowledge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per author/researcher is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

3. Submissions & Copyright

• You warrant that your submissions are your original work and have not been published elsewhere.
• Authors retain copyright of their work but grant Power of Knowledge a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute under the CC-BY 4.0 International License.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any form of academic misconduct will result in immediate rejection and potential banning.

4. Payments

• Article Processing Charges (APCs) are non-refundable after publication.
• Fee waivers are granted at the sole discretion of the editorial board and must be approved prior to submission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Power of Knowledge provides its services "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to access it.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Beed, Maharashtra.
