Duties of Authors

Originality & Plagiarism

Authors must ensure original works. Use of others' work must be appropriately cited.

No Multiple Submissions

Authors should not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.

Acknowledgement of Sources

Proper acknowledgment of others' work must always be given with appropriate citations.

Authorship

Authorship limited to those with significant contribution. All co-authors must approve final version.

Duties of Editors

Fair Play

Editors evaluate manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to personal characteristics of authors.

Confidentiality

Editors must not disclose manuscript information to anyone except appropriate parties.

Disclosure & Conflicts

Unpublished materials must not be used in editor's own research without consent.

Publication Decisions

Editors are responsible for deciding which articles to publish based on quality and importance.

Promptness

Reviewers who feel unqualified or unable to review promptly should notify the editor.
